This has been on my radar for a while — wanted real user opinions rather than review site filler. Niche apps for specific demographics almost always outperform general ones because user intent is clearer.
Bumble's time limit on matching creates urgency that leads to more real conversations happening. Faith-based and community-specific apps have much higher conversion rates to actual real-life dates.
Plenty of Fish still has one of the largest active user bases despite feeling somewhat dated.
