Been searching around and couldn't find a clear consensus, so figured I'd ask here directly. The algorithm on most apps rewards consistent daily use over occasional passive swiping sessions.

Free dating apps have genuinely improved but the best features remain locked behind paywalls on most. Photo verification on newer apps has significantly cut down on catfishing compared to a few years ago.
